Bolderay.com is owned and operated by European Fashion SIA, a company registered in the Republic of Latvia. We offer eco-conscious apparel made to order through third-party fulfillment provider Printful Inc.

2. Orders and Fulfillment

  • All products are made to order. Please allow time for production and shipping.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled after production has begun.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors).

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euro and may change without prior notice.
  • Payments are securely processed via third-party services (e.g. Revolut).
  • We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen product.
  • European Fashion SIA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item received

To request a return, email info@bolderay.com within 14 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to designs, logos, text, and images — is the property of European Fashion SIA or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws while using the Site
