Refund and Returns Policy

At EcoMatters, we value quality and customer satisfaction. As our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we have specific guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Include clear photos of the issue (product and packaging) when contacting us.
  • Email us at info@bolderay.com with your order number and description of the issue.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner and provide a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.

Order Cancellations

Our items are custom made, and production starts quickly after purchase. Therefore:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 1–2 hours of placing the order and before production begins.
  • Contact us as soon as possible at info@bolderay.com to request a cancellation.

Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference, since products are made specifically for each order.
Please check our size guides carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.
